- Standard shipping is via Priority Mail and UPS Ground Service. Express Mail, UPS 2nd Day and Overnight is available at additional cost.
Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Territories have standard delivery with Priority Mail. UPS is considerably higher for these areas. Priority Mail is required for all PO Boxes and APOs.
Faster delivery or for a definite delivery date is available to domestic customers for additional charge via FedEx and UPS 2nd, 3rd Day and Overnight services.
US Mail Express Service:
PO Box Customers who need expedited service overnight can use Express Service in the continental US. Express mail has overnight delivery in most US locations except Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories.
EXRESS MAIL (USPS) also offers Saturday and Sunday delivery in most areas of continental US. Signature is required for Express Mail. Again these services are available only for domestic continental US delivery only.
FedEx and UPS 2nd, 3rd day and overnight services are also available.
Notice to UPS/FedEx Recipients:
If you have signed a waiver of signature with UPS or FedEx, then you are responsible for the package once it is delivered to the address you specify.
S/H charges vary with destination country, amount of order and type of service. We have attempted to have the shipping charges for each international area we serve on the website but there may be some locations that are not present. For those customers we will calculate the methods available and the price and notify you via email the S/H charges.
Customs, Taxes, Duties, Handling Fees:
We cannot be responsible for any duties, taxes, handling fees or customs fees levied by the recipient’s country. Any packages returned or refused by the recipient will be charged for full shipping and handling charges.

- We want you to be happy with your shopping experience. We will gladly exchange or allow return of unopened items for refund (this excludes all shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase with original receipt unless noted.
All SALE items are considered FINAL SALE. Full price items purchased with a coupon/discount code are eligible for returns. We cannot accept returns on any cosmetics, fragrances and used candles. Contact the office prior to any returns. All the item's packaging must be returned. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
Fraud Avoidance: We verify all credit card information on overnight orders with the issuing bank as a service to customers to avoid fraudulent orders.
All correctly returned products will be credited as either a store credit or a refund to the original purchaser’s credit card excluding all applicable shipping costs. There is no additional handling fee. Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund request from email@example.com.
